A lot of data gets thrown around in trade value...there's player age, the color ratings, and the overall current and future ratings behind those, but I don't see a lot of talk about the actual statistics. What stats are the most important to look at when evaluating a player for either a trade or a free agency offer, and what are some of the ways stats can be deceptive if you don't put them in context?
