Welcome to the Cavs Preseason Presser. We are pleased to welcome the league's best GM jlmarines.

GM jlmarines: Last season we finished the season on a disappointing note. We made it to the playoffs, however our defense struggle in the playoffs. It sucked even more we lost to overrated AB.

GM jlmarines: The good news SF Jonathan Isaac and SG Devin Vassell are back. It's a crime SG Vassell was not selected to the all-star game, ridiculous. Both, SF Isaac and SG Vassell are stronger, faster, and mean as a dog. Both players will be playing with a chip on their shoulders. This offseason our priority was to sign veteran players that could provide immediate depth to our defense. Last season defense was our weakness.

GM jlmarines: UFA was a disappointed overall. We lost our bid to resigned C Elton Harris. We offered a good contract, however his sorry ass decided to be greedy and signed with the Timberwolves. Is RoboGM4 a freaking real person? Not all was bad news. We did signed PF EJ Liddell. We are excited to have PF Liddell. Liddell will bring a much needed help on the defensive side. We are also pleased to resign C James Northrup, C Jasper Paez, and PF Darryl Laclair. C Northrup, C Paez, and PF Laclair are great quality bench players who will provide immediate help on the defensive.

GM jlmarines: We are very excited with our new starting PG Joaquin Guzman "El Chapo" Loera. El Chapo had a great TC. Last few seasons, El Chapo has been on the bench. We think El Chapo is ready to start. Do not sleep on El Chapo. Depends how the season goes, we will be open for trades on a starting blue center. Will see.

GM jlmarines: We expect a solid year and here's are starting 5 for the current moment:

C: James Northrup or Jasper Paez
PF: EJ Liddell
SF: Jonathan Isaac
SG: Devin Vassell
PG: El Chapo
6th: Darryl Laclair

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: In preseason, your team still managed to give up the most points per game despite the defensive help that EJ Liddell brings to the team. What do you plan on doing different defensively as a coach/GM during the regular season that preseason settings got wrong?

With players like Paolo Banchero and Hershal Gilmore getting traded for next to nothing, was there ever any discussion internally about taking that kind of swing in free agency?

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: In preseason, your team still managed to give up the most points per game despite the defensive help that EJ Liddell brings to the team. What do you plan on doing different defensively as a coach/GM during the regular season that preseason settings got wrong?

I did play a few great teams. I want to think I was playing top teams in the league. But, I do have a weakness. After day 60, I'm going to scout any potential trades. Also, my starting lineup will be different from preseason. I think Northrup is better at defense and should start. Northrup didn't play at all during preseason. Thanks for the question.

Chet Youbetcha, Dimmadome News: After the gut wreching loss to the Celtics last season, are you looking to build around Vassel and Isaac more instead of relying on just those two players for your hopes of winning?

With players like Paolo Banchero and Hershal Gilmore getting traded for next to nothing, was there ever any discussion internally about taking that kind of swing in free agency?

Not really. I felt very confidence that I was going to sign few studs during UFA. Unfortunately, UFA was not great. It was a mistake on my part. You are right, I should have been more aggressive on free agency. Thank you for the question.

What lessons did you learn from last year's playoff loss to the Boston Celtics?

Thank you. 3 Blue players are not enough. I remember when I started playing SIM almost 3 years ago (real time), having 3 blue players was amazing. Time has changed. I need more blue players. I can't do it with only SF Isaac and SG Vassell. I need more dogs. Thanks for the question.

When should we expect your annual trade with K100/SuperDog/AngryBananaTurd?

Agree. All three are bunch of turds. All 3 are begging me to help them. It's ridiculous. You should see my PMs. Almost every night I get a PM from AB and K100. For my piece of mind, expect a trade involving yellow players. Thank you for the question.

I'm still hurt. It's been tough. However, yes agree. I can't lead the team with only Vassell and Isaac. I'm trying to bring more players. It's been a challenge. Thank you for the question.
