training someone's potential by 20 points doesn't change their overall future rating by 20 points. every player in every position evolves a bit differently with training. fabian hub's potential didn't change one bit after i started only training his QKN all the way to 81. it was just hilarious that i did that

A. I can't wait to see this trade for Kel'el Ware that lands them more than a player beginning of his prime #6 pick and a rookie contract #5 pick, by at team that has those kind of assets, is going for it this year and has 70+ contract to send with those assets.

B. Oh I did ask for her player profile, her future rating was 120, than I trained her future passing from C to B, so unless she took a hit to future skill level that I don't know about, her future rating should be at 140. Barely blue, please. You should check her profile before hating.

Mamba can verify that the last player profile I got she was at 120. AFTER I got the player profile, I trained her passing. So I guess she took a hit at so point.

Again, you should start asking information and not assuming(what you're currently doing) Not all training is actually beneficial to a players development. It doesn't mean she took a hit. What it means is, passing isn't a big component to that players makeup on the stats side of things. This is the same with athleticism, not every training is a tangible increase. Sit down

Yeah, the game values certain traits more for players. Then it varies even more depending on their position or player type. Hub wouldn't have jumped much after so many athletic Trainings because the game seems to see him as a natural big man and apparently, according to sim logic, big men don't need athleticism. This is also why so few natural bigs hit purple potential, and even fewer hit purple current. When they do, you know they're super legit because it's hard. On the flip side is Safi. Though he's playing PF, he is a natural wing player so the game treats him as such in regards to attributes. If he had been blessed with the athleticism of Hub, Safi would've been P/P for a long time with the highest future rating I've seen. The game just has its logic, and that's that. PAS and HND potentials rarely make a huge dent, I don't believe. FTs make 0, just like foul ratings. All those are important but yet don't register a ton in sim logic. This is why you can't only look at color or letters to determine true value of anyone. Takes time to figure it all out but it's pretty simple once you can catch on.

1. I want to vent about the Mavs.....Lie again! That trade isn't on any planet good. Parker isn't good and nor is clark. you inflate your players constantly. Both players are quite literally barely blue. Parker doesn't have a single stat above 90, currently or projected....Nah i can do better. Parker doesn't have a single attribute projected higher than 83. She's just athletic. As your new(eventually) commissioner. I encourage you all to ask for your players profiles so that you can actually see the deeper picture about your players. Not just before training, but even before trading. The letters don't always tell the picture, and that is the biggest example with Parker. Now I'll leave the mavs cheating ways alone.

2. I'm annoyed that Phil was hurt in both of the sims. The first sim that didn't happen(technically) and the 2nd sim he got hurt HURT. Basically the sim gods said, nah bruh, Uncle Phil getting this injury no matter what. I think the Suns in this program are cursed. I don't know what it is but no matter what this team NEVER achieves it's preseason outlook. Whether it's injuries, or the inability to win games on the road. I'm pretty sick of this franchise and I wish I could be someone else, but I was always denied the luxury of switching teams. So if anyone wants to switch....maybe that will help. Just wait until i'm Comish and i'll approve that ish. END RANT

I am sad to see Uncle Phil get hurt after a resim. He was a player that never was a spur but I tried countless times to acquire in the past. Now he's on his last leg suffering the dreaded broken leg. Maybe he will heal and become a Spur finally. If not then I will have to look for another Phil Smith.

I want to see more trades by teams that capable of competing.
Especially in this season where I see a ton of parity.
It has been a while since I wasn't looking at the Lake Show Dynasty as the clear favorite, and a hand full of maybe contenders, who all happened to topple Goliath year after year.
I think I see 7 teams that could win this year, and NO motion.
I know it's early, and some people might have their DM jumpin, but I have some expiring contracts that could be used beautifully in a 3 team deal, and still hear crickets.
I have access to two trade blocks with a wide range of options, and I see no interest in making any move at all.
When I see a decent offer I make a move.
Trade blocks everywhere are going unread.
Shed some cap space, make marginal improvements, tank for the lottery, do something!

I'm annoyed @jlmarines is going to waste two bona fide franchise stud careers in Jonathan Isaac and Devin Vassell because he refuses to take an honest assessment about the talent surrounding them. How you dont move Chief K, Marotta, and Joaquin Guzman this past offseason is beyond me. The Cavs gave up 136 points to the Utah Jazz in Sim 1. And they lost. Like dude, what are you doing? I'm calling it right now. Jae Wilcox and Ernesto Cruz will stay on this team past the trade deadline. Prove me wrong.
