Points for Point Bank Error Catching

With the trends that a lot of teams are spending all their banks on things like insurance and training, I've been trying to keep a closer eye on the banks to look out for mistakes.

The point bank system is complicated and has changed over the years, so I don't think anyone is doing anything on purpose, but with the importance of points, it's also important for the fairness of the game that things get tallied properly.

If you catch an error in either someone else's point bank or things like insurance or training totals that I missed, I might give you a point (or more) depending on the extent of the errors caught.
