Paid training is literally one of the only ways people can manipulate players in this game and put your own thumbprint on dudes. It's probably one of the more exciting aspects of the game in that you actually can build your players up. Not our fault you refused to do that. Maybe you might've done something with those players if you had.
The key word in all of this is manipulation.

I mean, we are manipulating the game by putting ANY rule on anything... so what's your point? Maybe you'd have better players if you invested in them.

I'd rather natural progression than taking the cheap way out.

It's not cheap. It's actually expensive to train... one could argue you're the one being cheap.

The meeting ended already. I don't know why you're starting it up again. Pay attention next time.

Natural possession is training and getting better with your craft. There's nothing in the simulation software that allows that for us. It being decided for us is quite literally the opposite of natural. The training isn't an OP aspect. Limitations and the pricing are well within the realm of being fair.

How is it natural if you're paying for it? To me it's natural if it happens without training. Ex. Player has a good TC and goes from g/g to g/b. That's natural progression going by how I'm viewing it.

The same applies to me considering everybody is all annoyed at me for not agreeing with every opinion that I don't agree with.
