1. Can y’all talk about counter offers? I find that even sometimes completely shut a deal down before even thinking of sending one as a response, where I almost always will consider it if it’s ending a deal out.

2. Trade block. You both have done really good jobs of stating what it would take to get players. How do you decide the value of the player you are putting in the block, and decide what would be required in return?
