RFA Proposed Changes Informational
1. UFA and RFA will take place at the same time, and will be centered around UFA 1 period. There will be a day between UFA 1 and UFA 2 to account for owners to match.
2. Incumbent teams
- incumbent teams do not have to designate their intention to resign but must follow minimum guidelines below.
- any teams looking to return a blue or green future talent must at minimum, offer the players desired salary.
- any teams looking to return a purple future talent must bid a max on the player.
- any bids submitted that do not follow those minimum restrictions will not be considered and your player will be free to sign anywhere(UFA Talent)
- any RFA player that does not sign in UFA 1 will be a free for all player without the ability to match in later rounds.
3. RFA players would be eligible to trade right away IF the player resigns with their former team. IF the player is returned via match, the GM must wait until day 60 or after 3rd sim.
4. Incumbent team will have 1 real life day between UFA Rds 1&2 to match.

Voted.I like the idea but feel that there needs to be tweaks to the way it is implemented which ultimately swayed my vote.
