Two PBSL questions, with dealers choice, where you can answer one or both. It won't even hurt my feelings if you answer none.
1. With the recent flare up of the Tani-Doug feud aligning with the soon to be new divisions, do you want to see them moved into the same division to hopefully keep it going? What other teams would you enjoy to see from a rivalry standpoint if you had your choice of putting teams together?
2. With two new GMs starting out this season, they will be the first new GMs we have had in several PBSL years. Looking at how both rosters are both currently constructed, they are both firmly in a rebuild, and have a star player to build around. What advice could you give to the both of them to help them with their build?

Non-PBSL
1. If you had the choice to move to any city in the United States, where you had no budget and could live and do whatever you want, where would you move and why?

How did this first sim look to you all? Is it indicative of the season to come, or not representing a teams' true trajectory?

Now that sim vegas votes are in, which teams do you have topping each division and why?

Looking forward to the expansion draft and conference realignment, do you have ideas how to avoid having divisions like the ultra competitive Johnson division, or was a division like Johnson a welcome coincidence?

Non PBSL
We have a lot of Dad GMs in SLOE. Even if you are not a dad, what was the most dad like experience you had this weekend?

2020 was garbage as we all know, but as it ends, let's think positively! What was a highlight of 2020 for each of you?

You say that like it's a bad thing, I've been waiting for a team by team season preview podcast! It's always good hearing another GM's opinion on your roster. Anyway:

SIM:
•Full max contracts seem to quickly be becoming obsolete for all but the most elite of players or enticing of rookies. Do you see this trend continuing as it becomes more and more difficult to match salary in trades if you have a 50+ mil deal on the books?

•We're starting to see more players over 30 remain highly productive for a while, and at least playable even at age 33-35. What do you think is the reason for this? Is it time that we change how we think about the value of veterans?

NON-SIM:
