Expansion Team Volunteer Thread

Post in this thread if you would like to make your team available to incoming GMs so you can run an expansion team (or alternately, if your team is available and you've changed your mind, post that their unavailable).
For the transition between S48-S49, new GMs can select from any available team before an offseason cutoff (any changes to league structure must be done before the offseason officially begins with the draft lotto, so time is very limited). In all future seasons, the available team list is locked in at the end of the regular season, and incoming GMs may claim one of those teams by the end of the playoffs.
When posting that your team is available, you may set an amount of points that it will cost a new GM to take your team (up to 25), or how many points you are willing to give a new GM to take your team (up to however many points you have in your bank), but you do not have to. Default is no point exchange, but if your team is in deep trouble, it may make your team more attractive to offer points. Conversely, if your team is in really good shape (or at least better shape than other teams), you can make points by offering them up.
EXAPMLES:
Standard:
Commissioner has ultimate veto power, which will be based on GM reliability/participation. Any GM that cedes their current team to a new GM to run an expansion team is not eligible to take on a new expansion team for 10 seasons.
We will also cap the league at 30 teams for now. Options for expansion teams will be the 4 pre-existing teams that have been contracted:
1. Boston Celtics
2. Golden State Warriors
3. Vancouver/Memphis Grizzlies
4. Charlotte Bobcats/Hornets
Expansion rules can be seen here:
