#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Hey everyone,

Welcome back to another season! Long story short, we once again gave up on a young star-in-the-making last season to bring back a former Bucks superstar in De'Aaron Fox. While some things never change (like Fox's ability to stay on the court in April), we really loved the direction the team was headed. So shockingly enough, there was NO MAJOR TURNOVER in our lockerroom. We entertained the idea... we always do. But we want to give this Fox/Mitchell/Morant/Grinder/Pastor core 1 full season. If this doesn't work out, well... who knows what'll come next year? Let's make this our Last Dance.

We returned our squad, but added a familiar face and a blast from the past. Cliff Paugh is BACK. De'Aaron went out and recruited him hard this offseason. They wanted to recreate some of the magic from earlier in their careers when they won a championship together here in Milwaukee. On top of the core I mentioned earlier and Paugh, we also have Kish, Navarro, Olney all still in house... while bringing back Charlie Porter who realized the error of his ways in going to the Clippers last offseason. We are really really excited about this team.. it may be one of the deepest and best squads we have put together in Milwaukee.... and that says a lot. The bar is high and so are our sights. Championship or Bust. LFG

Hex-a-Gone would probably be really good for Ja -- can move quick and has good court vision to see how to set up an offensive gameplan. Paugh would absolutely lose in Jump Showdown, especially with that 14 JMP. Not to mention you need to be the shortest guy so you don't get caught on the top bar... so probably Ja again. Fall Mountain... JA JUST DO IT ALL MAN.

It's hard to ignore the Lakers' preseason. Delmar looks like the best player in the league. Also, the Wizards are the defending champs... you can't take them lightly at all. The 76ers are loaded, despite the lackluster training camp. And of course the Magic will surprise some folks.

Why did you do Mamadi Diakite dirty and send him to Indy?

And when is Brandon Boston Jr and/or Luguentz Dort wearing a Bucks jersey?

I really liked Diakite, but the opportunity to really attack our short window with Morant was something that appealed to us, especially after Haile had had a set back.

I would LOVE to get Boston Jr or Dort... but those teams need GMs first for me to trap-- I mean, work with.
