Re-investigate FA restrictions that the FBB software allows
- 10% max raises to MLE
- Single year or 1+1 contracts for RFA
Limit UFA day 3 down to 5 bids
Revisit points bank transfers for new GMs
- Should points totals stay with GMs after they quit?
- If so, should each new GM start out at 0, a set number of points, or median/average number of points
-Will we even ever need/get a new GM?
No TC insurance on yellow potential or lower.

---I think we should have new, non-returning GMs should get a new GM allotment of maybe 20pts (enough to make a trade or minor training). This allows them to be more active early on when maybe limited in assets.
-Okay with no TC insurance for yellas

-No full points for DC participation for all recommended. (might necessitate DC coordinator). Just showing up and posting recommended usually results in the same DC/GP (unless there's an injury or a trade). This puts the onus on the input team to have to needlessly check a handful of DCs every sim. Not the biggest deal, but also not the most deserving action of points.

1 extra point for all upsets.
1 additional extra point if the difference between the lower seed and the higher seed is greater than or equal to 4.
