Hello, friends. Before we look ahead to the upcoming season, let's start with a quick review of last season.

I'd like to think I'm pretty good at self-forecasting, but hot damn, I was quite a bit off last season. Between Bronny missing some games due to injury and a lack of scoring firepower, we were generally crap team. We limped our way to a whopping 26 wins. We did swap Jaren Jackson Jr for Terry Sterner along the way, but otherwise it was a season bereft of highlights.

Heading into the lotto, we knew our pick wound up in Miami after a league wide game of hot potato. But with the fifth worst record, we didn't think much of it.

It was a gut punch seeing that pick jump to first, but what's done was done. We quickly moved onto UFA- we had enough space for two maxes if the order of signings game landed in our favor. Unfortunately, that didn't work out as Fox chose to sign with the Pacers. We still managed bring back Bronny and Pallies on reasonable contracts. We've paired these two with some scoring punch in Josh Hart and some nice supporting bench pieces. Elisha Davis and Rod Pastor look to have bright futures after some internal training.

So what does that mean for this season? After last season's forecasting wizardy, I have no clue. The in game power poll has us in the mix for a playoff spot, but I could easily see this team being as crap as last season. We'll have to re-evaluate come day 60 and go from there. Moves to push this team in one direction or another are very likely.

With that, I'll take your questions.

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: Is anyone on this team going to be part of the Magic's next championship run? If so, who? If not, and you're a team in transition, when can we expect a championship run and will it use the same strategy as your Boban team?

What kind of numbers are you expecting from Richard Hunt this year? Is he leading the league anywhere, or in that discussion?

I think Richard Hunt is a lock as a foundational piece, maybe Sterner.

It's hard to say if anyone will get Boban'd again- it takes a lot of patience to get to 400 points. With the Davis and Pastor trainings and the four first rounders in the upcoming draft, I think I have chips for a quick turnaround. It's a lot easier to stay engaged with the league with a competitive team vs riding it out with a long term tank/rebuild.

He's not in the top tier of PGs currently, but I still expect productivity this season. If his TS% is higher than last season and he's above 7 assists per game, I'll be pleased.
