The lights cut low as a door behind the podium swings open. A gentle roll of fog starts drifting in as music begins to play

A familiar figure walks through the door. He should be much much older, but he appears to have only aged a year or so since he was last seen. He visibly takes a deep breath, shakes his arms and hands, and takes his spot behind the podium as a spotlight shines on him

GM LoCo: Well I must say, it's been a while since I've had to do one of these, haha! It's exciting to be back. There's not much I can say about last season, or even most of the offseason, since I wasnt really in the loop until after Round 1. We did manage to make a couple of trades, with the interest of diversifying our depth and of course attempting to re-line our collective coffers.

GM LoCo: Now obviously there's a huge elephant in the room when it comes to myself and the Atlanta Hawks organization and I know that you would all like me to address it, so here it goes...

GM LoCo: WigNosy. He was the longtime GM of the Hawks and is currently MIA and has been for awhile. I would just like to say, I pray for his safe return and hope to not have to hold on to his position for too long. While here, I will do my best to run a top flight organization. And with that I would like to open the floor to any questions

The obvious goals this season would be churning for points and acquiring future assets. Is there anything else you have in mind?

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: With former Trailblazers GM kucoach7 interested in coming back, the possibility for re-expansion is out there. With the uncertainty of WigNosy coming back, would you rather inherit his point bank to cut down on your bill and know you have a solid team going forward, or would you be okay with forfeiting Wig's leftover points in order to take on an expansion team and possibly earn points by NOT drafting exposed players?

Becoming reacclimated with the game. I've been gone for (insert an obscenely large number) years. It feels like an entirely different game now, and I look forward to learning the nuances of today's game

Hard disagree. I'm not sure if there's anything I've done "just for lolz"

Welcome back. Whats your favorite part about returning? How long before you're contending in your opinion?
