#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

So there are currently 3 teams that need stewards:

Warriors (C-Prej resigned)
Grizzlies (Inactive GM)
Celtics (Inactive GM)

...but nobody's stepping up to steward them. In order to keep these teams from being wastelands, I think we should enact a policy to get them SOME bids in UFA. My thoughts:

1. Only enter recommended bids for a team that has less than 8 players for an active roster.
2. Only bid on RECOMMENDED players.
3. Modify the RECOMMENDED bids so that they're only for a single season.

Input would be greatly appreciated, because unless there are objections to this (let's be honest, the Celtics might end up getting everyone worth getting in round 2), I would like to start doing this ASAP

Also appreciated and welcome here: steward volunteering (10 points for stewarding now...will decrease to 5 after UFA)!

Essentially since stewarded teams basically go with recommended bids (unless they're ridiculous) anyway, this makes sense to me. Also, I can serve as a stew for one or several teams until we can get together on a contraction plan.
