Tiered Free-For-All Rules:

Team who finished in the following tiers get rights:
Bottom 5 teams get exclusive rights from 8-8:15
Bottom 10 teams get exclusive rights from 8:15-8:30
@ 8:30 all teams get equal ability to sign everyone

Rankings are based on PRE-LOTTO results. Rankings can be found below (or in Draft Preview of 2000-01 season's archived index: http://pbsl.ijbl.net/2000 )

8:00-8:15
1 Supersonics
2 Knicks
3 Pistons
4 Magic
5 76ers

8:15-8:30
6 Trailblazers
7 Rockets
8 Wizards
9 Suns
10 Nets

8:30 til
Everyone else

Just because I am not certain, but these teams can sign as many people as they want during that time, or just one player and then they get added to the last group time?

I'm hoping they can add enough to get to 15 players on the roster but not more.

This season, it will be like any other year where they can claim as many players up to the roster limit. As for the roster limit, with the new pre-TC roster cutdown rule (max of 15 players pre-TC), it will extend to this in that your roster CANNOT exceed 15 players. If your roster is currently at 15 players, then you must cut a player PRIOR to posting your FFA thread. If you sign a player and your team already has 15 players, your signing will be thrown out.
