S12 OFFSEASON SCHEDULE

Since alot of the schedule is contingent on how long the draft takes, i can't give specific dates yet, but i can give you days for the lotto and draft starting and then clusters/order of when everything else takes place for the offseason.
NBA Draft Lotto: Saturday 5/16, evening
NBA Draft: Monday 5/18, 8am (although, once the draft thread is up on Sunday, picks can be posted)
The following 2 are SAME DAY
RFA Exercise/Decline Rights: Wednesday, 5/20, 5PM (thread)
2nd Round Pick Lists: Wednesday, 5/20, 5PM (PM to Balls/Quail; will be simmed around TBD)
The following 2 are SAME DAY
2nd Round Cuts: Thursday, 5/21, 5pm (thread)
RFA Bid Submitted: Thursday, 5/21, 5pm (PM to The Negotiator)
RFA Contract Accept/Decline/S&T: Friday, 5/22, 5pm (thread)
FA Round 1 Bids Submitted: Sunday, 5/24, 5PM (PM to The Negotiator)
FA Round 2 Bids Submitted: Tuesday, 5/26, 5PM (PM to The Negotiator)
FA Round 3 Bids Submitted: Wednesday, 5/27, 5PM (PM to The Negotiator)
The following 2 are SAME DAY
Post-Rookie Year Mini-Training: Thursday, 5/28, 5PM (thread)
Training Camp Due: Thursday, 5/28, 5PM (thread)
FA Free-For-All: Thursday, 5/28, 8PM (FREE FOR ALL FORUM)
Pre-Season Sim: Friday, 5/29, 5PM (Simmed on Recommended)
The following 3 are SAME DAY
Preseason Pressers: Monday, 6/1 (Preseason Presser forum.. points awarded Monday morning/early afternoon)
Regular Season Sim 1 DC Submission: Monday 6/1, 5PM(DC Thread)
Paid Trainings Due: Monday 6/1, 5PM (Paid Trainings Forum)

RFA list will be posted as soon as I get the cap figures for next year... which will be at some point after the Finals are over but before the draft.

Also a couple of clarifications regarding Cuts during FA:
Any cut made during Free Agency WILL be available during the follow FA round. I.E. If Pooh Richardson was cut after Round 2, he will be available to be signed during Round 3.
Any cuts made before Training Camp WILL be available for Free For All Free Agency. This is to prevent teams from stockpiling players and cutting them pre-TC to prevent those players from being available during FFA.
Waivers do not kick in until after FFA starts. I.e. if you sign a player in FFA then cut him, that player will then follow the usual in-season Waiver system (cannot be signed until after 8PM the following day).
