#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

We’re to the point of having near complete node participation. And I think with the nodes , there are a lot of restrictive things we’ve done in order to make it easier on the inputter. I want to hear, if you do not use a node- why and why you’d be against this. If you do have a node and have any idea on why this shouldn’t be required- I’d love to hear this as well.

Part of what makes this game so fun for me is that I can participate and keep up without extensive screen time on a computer. During the offseason when it comes to free agency, I use my node to see desired contracts and things like that. I personally go weeks to months without using a computer except for work. I can participate and go a full season of SLOE completely from my phone and not have it prevent me from being active.

My understanding is you can use a node on a phone as well but I’m not 100 percent sure.

My understanding is you can use a node on a phone as well but I’m not 100 percent sure.

Most smartphones (iphone, android) do have a TeamViewer app you can use for access.

Most smartphones (iphone, android) do have a TeamViewer app you can use for access.

I use TV on my phone, and while the screen size makes some scrolling necessary, it generally works really well.

I've been stuck on an unreliable computer for quite some time, which is why I never requested a node. I should get a new laptop soon, so that will probably change then. I think "node usage strongly preferred, but not absolutely required" is still the way to go. You never know what may pop up in someone's life, after all. Even mobile access can't always be relied on.

It crashes on me I would guess 15% of the time too, but I still try to use it exclusively even though I know I've been somewhat absent lately.

Mine is freezing up on the phone. Laptop too. Having issues with it crashing too. Team Viewer keeps getting stuck for me. Don’t know why haha

Got it working now. Had to uninstall and reinstall it.

I don't use a node on my computer because I have a Chromebook (don't need anything better for my use). Admittedly, I haven't tried it on my phone yet. If it works on my phone, I'd be ok.

I think I ended up downloading a TeamViewer extension/app onto my Chromebook actually. Because that is what I use as well.

My only problem has been TV has been crashing whenever I try to export my stuff via FTP. I think many are having that problem too, though.
