Vote for Bonifaz Wenninger of the Wizards. He hasn't started a game all season, but is the leading scorer with nearly 18 PPG on 61% TS and 44% from deep. His PER is at 23.3 and he's leading the Wizards to the brink of the playoffs. Also, this song:

Daniel Randle has had a strong season after being asked to move to the bench once TC was done smacking him around. He had to start for a couple of sims to cover for an injured Carlos Bergstrom, but has been covering positions from PF to PG off the bench pretty much all season.

On the season he's averaging 17.2 ppg on 48%/79%/39% shooting (as of this writing). But it's not just scoring - he's doing a little bit of everything else as well, putting up averages of 4.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 2.0 steals (8th in the league), and 2.1 blocks (19th in the league) per night.

DeAndre Ayton with 0 Starts (most true 6th man)
10 PPG- 5.2 Rebounds 1 Assist and probably lead the league in fouls per minute.
League leader in FG%
Was not my best player shoved to the bench because i wanted an award even though he was statically unquestionably better than the guy before him.
