Tracking the GOAT - 1990

So one of the things I've decided to start doing is tracking the history of the PBSL's GOAT year-by-year because I found this article: https://nbamath.com/progressive-goat-rankings/ and think it's a fascinating idea for the PBSL. I won't be doing all the fancy graphics in that article, but what I will be doing is podcasts reminiscing about each season, the top players in that season, and then reveal the updated GOAT rankings as of that season. Obviously, for 1990, the GOAT rankings are the same as the season rankings.
