#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

GM: Greetings everyone! Welcome to another exciting year, yeehaw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, our Two-Peat Season didn't go exactly as planned, with Anthony Davis Fryeing us right in the as--

*PR Rep pulls GM Quaimen to the side and whispers frantically*

GM: Excuse me, I guess under the new commissioner's reign we aren't allowed to express ourselves freely. *ahem* Like I was saying, our season last year didn't go exactly as expected with our early exit from the playoffs. Heck, I was even allegedly out-GM'd by some guy out west. But that is neither here nor there. Today we are here to discuss THIS NEW CHAPTER OF MILWAUKEE BASKETBALL. And, by new, I mean continue the current chapter we are on, because not much has changed. We are returning the same top-7 players from a 61-win team in the hotly contested Eastern Conference. We are very excited about Devin Booker and Ronald Small's progress during training camp, as both saw very encouraging gains. Lavar Ball has returned to us, on his freshly inked super-max deal. He is worth EVERY penny of it, and he came into training camp ready to prove that. Timothy Pulley had a few set backs during training camp, but he should be roaring and ready to go. The future is bright in Milwaukee... but the buck doesn't stop there! We brought in a couple new faces in terms of depth. Unfortunately, Daniel West wasn't able to return to us, but George Humphrey--

*PR pulls GM Quailmen to the side and whispers*

GM: --George Humbert took us up on our offer. That chance is paying dividends for us, as he looks poised to essentially step into Daniel West's role of 4th big. Kyle Anderson is back, and we look forward to his depth and leadership off the bench. Patrick Riordan is also back with us! After his long tenure with the Suns, the prodigal sun/son has returned! hehe.. see what i did there? Lastly, Damian Lillard is joining our already potent backcourt to provide an extra scoring boost off the bench.

GM: The East will once again be a bloodbath, but as always, we look to step up to the challenge and return to the post-season, with our goal of "Championship or Bust" in mind. We do not want to settle for less, and this team will not settle in for less. Buckle up, ladies & gentlemen... things are about to get BUCK WILD! YEEHAW!

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: Last season around this time, the Central looked like it was going to be a fiercely competitive conference, but in reality, it wasn't...at least during the regular season. How do you see your season shaking out in the Central Division this year?

Reports out of training camp say that Ricky Rubio has lost more than a step. Can we expect him to start at PG for the Bucks this year, or will he be relegated to a backup role?

Right now would you still consider a Keitt for rubio deal?

Well, Mr. Smith, the Pistons have already claimed that Anthony Davis will be the league MVP and that Keitt will be the top-assist guy in the league. The Bulls are self-proclaimed "stuck in the middle". The Pacers always look good in the off-season but sometimes (schedule or injury) things just don't pan out. Cleveland is... well Cleveland. So I guess it'll come down to the Bucks, Pistons, and MMAAAAAAAAAAAAYBE Bulls if they can work their never-ending magic. I still think we can come out on top the division. AD can take his MVP crown, turn it sideways, and shove it up his a--

Currently Ronald Small is slated to be our starting Point Guard. We were leaning this way last season, but inevitably turned to the veteran to hold the reigns and steer the horse. But Small has made many good moves forward that we are ready to commit to him as our starting PG for the season.

I remember when Small was going to be my PG of the future, but I thought Duren would be better as the PG. Do you like Small? Do you feel he will never betray you?

Tbh, with the Suns giving the Sixers Love, does any of it matter?
