#1 Suns
#4 Trailblazer

Series Outcome: 4-2 Suns

Reaction: :?:

Summary: The Love train rolled into this series absolutely dominant. They thrashed their last opponent 4-1 and really have been rolling all year with Love at the 3 and Harden at the 2. Meanwhile, the Trailblazers had a terrific season as well, but came into this match-up (#respecthehypen) untested in the playoffs. That's no shot at the Kings, who gave it their all despite being down their best player.

Initially this looked like a series. the Blazers stole home court in game one; then the Suns came right back and did the same. Ultimately though, the Blazers couldn't make the right adjustments in time to make this go 7. The Suns looked prime for their Western conference matchup scoring 110, 119 and 130 in their last 3.

#2 Nuggets
#6 Rockets

Series Outcome: 4-3 Nuggets

Reaction:

Summary: What a great series. You have an underdog having a season of out of body experiences versus a team laden with injuries just trying to keep their shit together. This is the only series that lasted the whole 7. In a series of confusion, there's only one man who could lead the way: the Jrueth. Jrue scored 23, 18, 31, 29, 36,39,21 in this series. the Rockets had no reason to hang their heads, as they made it a series weven with Blake coming back. the only sad things for the Rockets in this one? This team has to break-up, and Al Horford barely went out in a flicker going 6-18 in what is maybe his last game in a Rockets uniform.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

# 7 Wizards
# 3 76ers

Series Outcome: 4-2 76ers

Reaction: :ugeek:

Summary: This series gets the question mark reaction because you have to wonder what Wizards GM was thinking moving Lillard to the bench for games 5 and 6. When you look into the details you can kind of see what he was thinking. Lillard after tearing up Detroit, was striggling in the series. Games 1-2 were fine, but adjustments made in games 3-4 he started struggling (12/33 shooting) . Still, this group who took out the Pistons in 7 games seemed to be in it until the end.

Ultimately, the 76ers overall talent paid off. Mass overhaul of the lineup and defense happened for games 5-6. The Wizards went from scoring 120.114,109 and 125 to scoring 89 and 118. There seems to be a bit of an ominous cloud hanging over this franchise after the De La rose trade, but Xist is a vet GM and i'm sure he will get it together.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

# 5 Bulls
# 1 Hawks

Series Outcome: 4-2 Bulls

Reaction:

Summary: This series gets the  reaction because it looks like the lightbulb went off for this vastly talented Bulls team, who took out the yearly #1 seed in the East out of the playoffs. If i had to guess any series was going 7, this is the one. but the Bulls GM garbageman made early work of the Hawks GM on a quest for his 6th ring. The Bulls didn't go into this season as a heavy favorite, but the GMOY (co)winner is proving his worth. He made the trades needed to get here and now he's making the correct DC choices to win.

The series looked good until about game 3 when everything clicked. The Defense started shutting down the Hawks vaunted offense, and the offense became unstoppable. If we weighted playoff victories, the Bulls would have the top score in the class heading into the Conference finals,
