What are your all’s thoughts on all the player movement. Seemed like more blue players switched teams than in offseasons before

Which off-season rule change will have the biggest impact on the league this year? Which off-season rule change will have the biggest impact long-term?
What are your takeaways from the Kyrie Irving debacle?
What team is everybody sleeping on that will jump up and make the playoffs out of nowhere? What team does everyone consider a playoff lock but will miss the playoffs?
Last season the "Last Sim Highlights" page was introduced, including pages for each team (these are not yet well-publicized) to show the top scorers, rebounders, etc. from the last sim. Are there other tools you can imagine that might be interesting?
