#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Currently in the game, all players aquired in the off-season would become trade-eligible on 12/15. The problem is that 12/15 falls in the middle of the 4th sim of the season usually. Last season, 12/15 fell on a Wednesday in the game calendar and our solution was to sim the 3 extra days in the game and have a shorter sim 4. However, this season 12/15 falls on a Friday on the sim calender, which if added to the 3rd sim would essentially be making the 4th sim 9 days long (instead of 14).

My proposal: Making the last day of the 3rd sim the date for players to become trade eligible.

Reasoning: Sim lengths remain constant; teams can trade players immediately when they become available, instead of having them become eligible mid-sim and potentially getting injured in those remaining days of sim 3.

I'm ok with it.

Game doesn't natively support. Would prefer us to sim "to the 15th" and "to month end" instead of 2 weeks at a time.

(I believe this would also usually break sims up to the point that a player acquired on 12/15 could be moved again before the trade deadline... something our current setup doesn't allow as the trade deadline lands about 64 days after 12/15 so you can't trade the sim before - 56 days elapsed - or after since that takes us to 70 days elapsed from 12/15).
