Reviewing the Division Winners

What every team would be thinking if I was the GM.
Atlantic:
Winner's current state:
The Knicks won the division by 7 games, despite a mounting list of injuries from the ASG on. The Knick's control over the division is in serious question with the upstart 76ers closing the gap quickly. The Knicks are still the favorites if the squad returns for another run, but questions are mounting whether the GM is going to bring back the players that failed finish the job 3 seasons in a row. Rudy Gay is asking to be traded out of what became a very toxic locker room to end the season.
Biggest Challenger: 76ers. This is a two team division. Maybe 1 team after this offseason.
Central:
Winner's current state:
The ADs won the division by 10 games. The ADs don't give two shits about any other team in their division. The ADs only care about TC. The ADs only care about witch hunts. Maybe the ADs will want to sign a PG, but honestly, if I won a ship playing RAMON SESSIONS 31 mpg, I'd probably just laugh my way to the finals next year.
Biggest Challenger: Training Camp. Expect a Buck's rebuild soon.
Southeast:
Winner's current state:
The Hawks won this division by 4 games. This was the closest division in the league. A lot will be asked of the Hawks this offseason. Noah, Warren, Curry, and Blackmailed Nate Robinson are all key players that enter free agency. I'd love to see the Hawks get back to playing defense because I think it's what cost them a finals appearance and an 2nd round exit the past two years. Hawks need a refocus.
Biggest Challenger: Bobcats. I expect the Bobcats to have another big offseason. They should close the gap on the Hawks next year.
Northwest:
Winner's current state:
Timberwolves won this division by 11 games. This was easy. The Wolves need to continue to grow and keep their key players. Wiggins and Ish Smith are free agents, and the Wolves GM will need to rebuild the entire bench unit. It'd also be nice if the team was given some rest during the regular season so they could compete in the playoffs. In this division, you could probably rest players and still win by 10 games.
Biggest Challenger: Injuries and RoboGM.
Pacific:
Winner's current state:
The Kings win the division by 5 games, and advance to the finals and lose to AD by 2 points in OT. Kind of a storybook season for the Kings that just comes up short. Rumors around the league are whispering about a King's rebuild. I think those rumors are INSANE. Bring this team back. Double down into the tax and go kick ADs ass next year. This division is full of quality. Kings should continue to dominate if they choose too.
Biggest Challenger: OPs. If Durant or Love get help. watch out... again.
Southwest:
Winner's current state:
The Defending Champs did everything right. Won the division by 14 games (the largest margin) but were knocked out my Mr. Tax Bill, the Memphis Grizzlies, in round 1 of the playoffs. That was a huge shock to me, but it doesn't change what I think about the Spurs. Only 1 key FA to consider in Josh Smith, and I expect the Spurs to resign and go for another deep playoff run. It's going to be tough with the tax, but this league is almost Pay to Win unless you get an OP. PAY TO WIN!!!
Biggest Challenger: Rockets... maybe? It's hard to predict the Rockets season to season, but I think 78 is moving the Rockets in a decent direction, but the team is old with no pieces for the future. Sooner or later you must cash in or risk being stuck with nothing.
