#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

I propose that we reinstate pick protections. It will allow for more trades to occur which allows for more fun in the league. I will monitor the protections as well for the league.

We just instituted the no-protection rule, so how do we know it restricts more trades? If anything protection restricted more as you couldnt trade future picks if you had a previous years protected.

I didnt get asked, I probably woulda just given you that one rather than the 01 for Voshon honestly, haven't been able to give away my 03 yet
