Sign players in the normal FA Signing forum... viewforum.php?f=26
Posts made prior to your window will be ignored as though they had not been posted.
If multiple threads have the same timestamp, the thread with the lowest thread ID is considered to have been made first.
Reminder you must have fewer than 15 players on your roster when attempting to sign a player (player releases are assumed to happen immediately upon posting a release thread.)

8 pm Central:
Celtics
Bobcats
Trailblazers
Heat
Mavericks
8:15 pm Central:
Magic
Lakers
Wizards
Raptors
76ers
8:30 pm Central:
everyone else
