Hey everyone, welcome to the Nets Pre-Season Presser. After a round loss to the Bucks in 7 games last season, we went into this offseason trying to fix shit. Well shit was fixed but it was by the training gods, not us. So we have, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY fired the ENTIRE training staff. This shit will not fly. Everyone one here is held accountable for this mess including me. I'm pissed off so forgive me but if you have a problem with this shit, you know what you can do.
We have pride up here in New Jersey. We are not the Spurs who settle being 8th or 9th in the conference year after year no matter what talent we have. So Eazy you can eat a dick bitch ass.
We have somethings planned but I'm not able to tell you guys them yet because it's none of your God Damn business. When they do happen though, I will talk about them them. I am now opening the floor to anyone with questions. No smart ass questions or you will be ignored quickly.

Random Reporter: So, what's the status on Antoine Walker? On one hand, he ain't gonna be the future team leader no more. On the other hand, he's still 24, didn't sign a crippling contract, and may still prove to be a productive player. Is he still a part of Jersey's future, or will he be shipped on the first subway out of Jersey when the opportunity arises?

This had been Rider's team for quite some time, though he has allowed Gugs to take a bigger leadership role. Can you describe the way you hope they will lead the team this season?

Clark Kent, daily planet:
Is there truth to the rumor that you refuse to negotiate with Canadians? I had even heard a complaint was filed to the commissioner's office.

Will you look to compete this season or are you at a turning point?

Over the history, which team has gotten the better end of the rivalry - Nets or Spurs?

Tom Gugliotta seems like a truly cursed player. What are you feelings on him?

Mr Gugliotta is one of the founding members of the all white team and a very important part of this organization. He is a future all of famer and we are proud to have him on this team.

When we traded for Tom, he know this would be Rider's team. He was drafted by us and has blown us away with his production.
