Nuggets What Year Is It? Pre-Season Presser

Last Season Recap:
Built an incredibly deep and talented team, and went way over the cap to do so. While Illyasova knocked down 3's like it was his job, we really were missing an offensive presence down low, a second offensive force for defenses to deal with, and that cost us in the playoffs. We're happy with our season where we defied all odds and predictions, but definitely needed to shake things up.
Offseason Recap:
Lost two players from that incredibly deep team due to free agency (Omer Asik and Shaun Livingston), we knew we could play the same deep-team no secondary star game and have success this season, so we packaged Aminu and Illy together for Big Al Jefferson. He and Drummond should average about 10rpg each, and Al gives us the inside punch we were lacking last season. Speaking of Drummond, the Bulls signed him to what was really a tough max to match. We played with the idea of a trade, but his defense and rebounding is just too valuable not to keep on our team.
Season preview:
We probably won't win as many games in the regular season, but we hope to make the playoffs as a mid-seeded team. We feel that our talent and versatility will allow us to make a splash in the playoffs, and hopefully take home a 3rd championship to the great fans in Denver.
