Enrique comes out. He looks disheveled. If the late night tweets are any indication he probably hasn't been sleeping much. It's no wonder, at a certain point, you have to think his job is in danger. Anywell, he walks up to the podium and the presser begins.
Enrique: Good evening everyone, looking gorgeous as usual... Hoooo-kayy... Where to begin, where to begin? Ah! Let's start with TC last season. We came in all excited and BOOM hit. Kawhi, Rondo, everyone. Last season did not go the way we planned. Then a Jimmy injury and we end 4 games out of 8th and 12th worst in the league. So time to unveil the big plan for this season. The big thing that's gonna save all our jobs and get the Grizz back into the playoffs.
He walks to the giant board behind him. It's been there the whole time. At least you think it has been. It's covered. He grasps a corner and pulls it down to reveal his master plan which is:
Enrique: That's right, do nothing. You see, we...no I think we have the talent. Clearly we just need to do better to shore it up. We got Paul Milsap in a trade last season. We decided to shore up a couple of spots with some solid veteran guys like Chase Budinger, Randolph Morris, and James Johnson. I'm actually excited to see what they can bring. We hope to see Aubrey and Tarik take another step into bigger roles as they continue to grow. At a certain point though, you just have to take a look at what you have and think maybe it's time for a change. Well, we decided that our changes would be more internal.
Enrique: Now if there are any questions, please ask now.

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: With a very similar team to the one you rolled with last year, where do you expect to land with just internal changes? Do you think that can make up the extra 4 games to get you into the playoffs?

Have you considered the IR to tank for more talent option? I'm waiting for someone to do this.

Did the move to Vancouver deepen your pockets? You are a big baller with that lux bill coming up. Are you going to roll with it or look to unload some guys for a price?

Jimmy, who is probably our best wing player, missed 23 games last year. If we cant make it up with a healthy squad we have bigger problems

No. Have you looked at these classes? They're not exactly ripe with "win now" talent

Maybe we should put the NCAA in a lockout for this one season:

Bolas de Telemundo, ¿qué está pasando en Vancouver? ¿Te gustaría volar esta temporada si las cosas se desmoronan o te quedas con el núcleo de Butler y Leonard?

Two years ago you paid Alec Burks big money only to see him slack off in the offseason. How did you convince him to put in the work this season to improve his game?

Craig Biggio - Houston Chronicle: Your defense looked good in the preseason. How much confidence do you have in your defense and in what ways can you help the offense keep up?

Nick Melon; The Advocate: With the biggest tax bill in the league, any truth to the rumor that Paul Milsap enjoyed too much poutine in the offseason?

No. We lost basically half our market with our permanent move to Vancouver

As team building, I like to go on mini vacations with the guys. Just me and them in small groups. Jimmy and Kawhi we visited Paris. Rondo we drank and played connect 4. You get the idea.
I took Alec ice fishing in the deep great North of Canada. It's amazingly beautiful up there. You really connect with nature. The cold the fresh air, it's all fantastic. We had been fairly successful at our fishing spot along with all the other groups ice fishing around us the whole time, but on the last night I changed our spot. I moved us further north, less people more cold, wind whistling. Classic things you think of when you think of uninhabitable cold place. After hours of unsuccessfully fishing, Alec joked through chattering teeth, that our new spot wasnt nearly as fruitful and how at least in the other spot we had other people around to visit and drink with to warm up. I smiled politely looked at him, and said, " Yea, this spot seems more condusive to something like getting rid of someone who took a bunch of money from you and didn't deliver on that purchase than ice fishing. I'd imagine they'd never find that person..." And I just stared at him for hours after that. We didn't talk the rest of the trip home.
Oh sorry I got carried away talking about something you didn't even ask about. I'm not sure, he just seemed to want to get better

If we knew the answer we'd have been a lot more solid for a couple of years now. We pride ourselves on the defensive end, but we've never quite been able to unlock our offense

I'm not actually sure what the first part of this question has to do with poutine. I guess I don't know, you'd have to ask him

The reporter asking me if I'm bringing back the same team from last season after I said I was bringing back the same team from last season probably

With Kawhi and Jimmy holding down the wing for the foreseeable future, what is your next move to address the front court?

Idk Tray why are you jumping in at the end and asking a question the answer of which you probably won't read
.
Honestly, if The opportunity arises, we have some expirings that we can pair with picks that we'd love to move to address that need

Grape. All day. Screw strawberry. Also there's a lady that I go to at the farmers market here by the plantation who makes the most exquisite satsuma, muscane grape and Meyer lemon pepper jelly. So that too but I don't think you eat that on sandwiches

This was the correct answer.
