Disclaimer: I'm not trying to screw anyone over in this. We all know RFA is about throwing a shitty enough contract for the other team to hate the player's contract enough to let him go for sometimes compensation and sometimes a Frye you.

Anthony Davis, Pistons
Appropriate Contract: 5 Year Max
What to do if you're bidding: Max + 10% this guy and make sure this Pistons don't get off with a top 2 player for lower than the max.
Chances of working out a deal: 0%

Damian Lillard, Pelicans
Appropriate Contract: 5 year Max 12.5%
What to do if you're bidding: Same as Davis with a lot more risk. Lillard has taken a TC hit every year since joining in the league.
Chance of Working out a deal: 5% I think previous TCs can make any GM a little uuneasy of giving out a large offer. If you want to make a move though you'll have to lose your ass on it.

Draymond Green, Hawks
Appropriate Contract: 5 Year max 12.5%
What to do if you're bidding: MAX
Chance at Working out a deal: 0%; Wig holds on to players. Wig wants a fortune for any players. He will probably be boosted in TC past the color of purple.

Andre Drummond, Nuggets
Appropriate Contract: 4 Year Max 10%
What to do if you're bidding: 4 Year Max at 10%
Chance at Working out a deal: 40% For his flaws, Ryan is incredibly easy to work with if he wants something to happen. Last year the Nuggets didn't have their pick so they put some pieces together and made a run. I could see him looking to do a complete rebuild if you sign him.

Khris Middleton, Hawks
Appropriate Contract: 4 Years 10 M 10%
What to do if you're bidding:Overpay if you're a piece away. Otherwise send over an appropriate deal and realize Wig will be over the max and be ready to send a first. Middletons been on the block awhile and he's gettable.
Chance at working out a deal:60%

Kent Bazemore, Knicks
Appropriate Contract: 4 Year 9.5M 10%
What to do if you're bidding: I think Baz is gettable. Be aggressive here especially if you need a youngish 2 way 2 guard on an appropriate contract. Logan is pretty reasonable with his cap situation, and his block makes it looks like he wants to make a run. If you have a win now guy, offer the contract and send him over in a S&T.
Chance at Working out a deal: 50%

Bradley Beal, Mavericks
Appropriate Contract: 4 Year Max 10%
What to do if you're bidding: Max him; but don't expect to get him. 2 way guard with good athleticism, and can handle the ball a bit. 1 Training and he's a passer and a scorer.
Chance at Working out a deal: 10%

John Henson, Knicks
Appropriate Contract: 4 Years 9M 10%
What to do if you're bidding: See above about the Knicks
Chance at Working out a deal: 40%; think his deal will be appropriate for a fringe starter in this league.

Harrison Barnes, Kings
Appropriate Contract: 4 years 18M 10%
What to do if you're bidding: Well, if you've got a big cap. Max him and refuse to send anything back if it's asked of you.
Chance at Working out a deal: 50% if you send over a max

Jared Sullinger, 76ers
Appropriate Contract: 4 Years 7 M 10%
What to do if you're bidding: Throw money at him; this is the type of player you overpay for if youre close (see Turner, Evan) and you can acquire them.
Chance at Working out a deal: 90%

Patrick Beverly, Bulls
Appropriate Contract: 4 Years 7M 0%
What to do if you're bidding: Bev is a bit older but he's almost a perfect 1/2 backup. If i'm contending and have a team that shoots the 3 well, I think i'd throw up to 9 M per season with a flat contract and see where it gets me. He's in the class of Sully that is gettable if the deal is gross enough.
Chance at Working out a deal: 90%

Thomas Robinson, Wizards
Appropriate Contract: 4 Years 12M 10%
What to do if you're bidding: Man, if you need rebounding throw up to 15m a year at this guy and plug him in at the 4/5 and just get some scorers around him. He's going to do what he do.
Chance at Working out a deal: 60%; sometimes Xist has an illogical hold on players, sometimes he gives them away. It typically depends on the phase of his build. Right now he's rebuilding, so I could see you being able to get him on an overpay,

Jae Crowder, Hawks
Appropriate Contract: 4 Years 5M 0%
What to do if you're bidding: I mean, if youre just annoyed with the Hawks keeping players for cheap, throw 7 m and be a penis towards Wig when he asks for something; otherwise just throw and appropriate contract and send some points and I think he'd be on your team.
Chance at Working out a deal: 90%
