Every day of the sim, pick 2 teams to win. If you pick both teams right for a day, you get 4 points. If you get one team right, you get 1 point. Highest total wins.

Oh yeah, and you can only pick a team to win a maximum of two times. If you pick a team to win more than that, your entry will be ineligible to win (if I catch it).
