Lakers Pre-Season Presser

Good morning everyone and welcome to this year's Los Angeles Laker Pre-Season Presser!!!
Starting off with a couple house keeping items, we will be fielding questions during our "state of the franchise" address which is a little bit different then our opening statements that we then follow with a set of questions.
First point, we want to welcome Joel Embiid to Los Angeles. Joel is a very promising rookie that we will do our best to get in the game for a large number of minutes during the year. Obviously the league awards us for playing him 30 minutes per game in at least 60 games, but there are two better centers on our roster right now, so we may have to get really creative to reach that total. Look for him to share time at the 4 and the 5 which could mean some other guys playing out of position occasionally. With his stamina being this low at the start of his rookie year, we don't know that the 30 minutes is very reasonable without being run off the court or getting into foul trouble.
Second point, we traded our #8 pick in the draft for Thomas Robinson who comes in as an elite rebounder. He will obviously get the start at the 4 but could see some minutes at the 3 as well.
Third point, goodness gracious, Giannis. Huge jumps in TC makes it very apparent that this guy is an elite talent and the next great Laker.
Fourth point, we have discussed multiple trade offers to address a few holes in our starting roster. Don't be surprised to see future picks get moved in an attempt to mold a starting 5 that can grow together with Giannis and Embiid. Obviously our greatest need is PG. If we can make a big enough splash we will, otherwise you could see us take one more year to develop through the draft.
Any questions?
