#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Hello, and welcome to a new season of Pick Em'.

Like last season, divisions will compete to win Pick Em' cash for each of the 12 sims. The GMs in the division with the most Pick 'Em cash at the end of the season get 5 points apiece.

If I can get league approval to do this, in lieu of offering 1 point for write-ups, I would like to open pick 'em up to everyone every week and award participation points for attendance in the same structure as DC participation.

So, for the first sim, EVERYBODY is eligible to participate. The best score from each division will represent their division. There are 12 days of games, so we're going to play a little bit of survivor.

Pick a team to win a game each day (11-4 through 11-15). Each day, if the team you choose wins, you move on to the next day. If your chosen team LOSES, you get one strike. The date you get your second strike, you are eliminated.

So for example, if GM #1 picks incorrectly on 11/4 and 11/5 and correctly every day, and GM #2 picks correctly on 11/4, and incorrectly every other day of the sim, GM #2 still will beat out GM #1.

Also, you can not pick the same team to win twice. You have to pick a different team every day. If you repeat a team, it will be counted as a strike.
