FFA FA Rules

FFA starts tonight (1/18) @ 8pm CDT. Same rules apply. All players released by Midnight CDT yesterday will be available for signing during FFA.

Tiered Free-For-All Rules:
Team who finished in the following tiers get rights:
Bottom 5 teams get exclusive rights from 8-8:15
Bottom 10 teams get exclusive rights from 8:15-8:30
@ 8:30 all teams get equal ability to sign everyone
Rankings are based on PRE-LOTTO results. Rankings can be found below (or in Draft Preview of 2011-2012 season's archived index: http://pbsl.ijbl.net/2011 )
8:00-8:15
1 Grizzlies
2 Raptors
3 Bucks
4 Knicks
5 Pistons
8:15-8:30
6 Sonics
7 Lakers
8 Hornets
9 Jazz
10 Suns
8:30 til
Everyone else
FFA RULES: Create 1 thread during your designated time slot for the player you want to sign. Team that posts the first thread associated with a player that is legal will be awarded the player on a minimum deal. Illegal threads = posting prior to your allotted time. I.e. 7:59:58 is still not 8:00:00pm. Please use the forum clock as your guide. You are not restricted to a number of threads, BUT your roster must not exceed 15 players. If you are at 15 players already, you must cut someone before signing another player in order to sign a player in FFA. IF YOUR CUT THREAD IS POSTED AFTER YOUR SIGNING, YOUR SIGNING WILL NOT COUNT. YOU WILL NEED TO POST A NEW THREAD.
