Players acquired in the off-season (except RFAs) are eligible to be traded effective immediately. Players traded before Monday at 5 pm will be eligible to be traded again prior to the trade deadline (between Sims 7 and 8; they become eligible for trade again after Sim 7 and the trade deadline occurs Sim 8); players traded after Monday at 5 pm (sim time) will not be eligible for trade again this season.
