#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Friday's sim will encompass the All Star Weekend. Please note I will be on the road on Friday so this will likely be a late sim.

Trade Deadline is 8 pm Monday. DCs are due 8:15 pm. Sim will be as soon after that as I can manage.

Started out 5-0 this sim only to lose the last four games including a killer OT loss at home to the Sonics who are just one game back for that coveted eighth seed. My defense is 12th in defensive efficiency thanks to my wonderful gameplanning, but that same gameplanning has made my offense 23rd in efficiency despite Ike Diogu being player of the week.

Somehow Jeremy Lin won rookie of the month in Janurary with a stat line of 10ppg, 3rpg, and 5 apg over Wall who averaged 14 ppg, 4 rpg, and 9 apg. And I'm surprisingly good at home and absolutely awful on the road. I guess that's to be expected with such a young team.

Pain? I'm ecstatic my team is finally responding to my game plan. Being in the playoffs is a good thing. 7/8 seed has been my goal from week 1. Especially since I didn't have my pick. But it wasn't going well so I wanted insurance and got my pick back. But the goal doesn't change just because I got my pick.

I know I had a gravy schedule but at least they did what they were supposed to do with a soft schedule. Hopefully I can hold it out the rockets keep sucking assholes.

5-4 sim. We lost to good teams and we had a couple nice wins, so not bad. We also beat the Lakers for the third time this season, winning the season series 3-1.
