#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

The people have spoken and there will be some changes effective next season:

1. We will add the "Training Camp" insurance option to the points store. It passed by a 17-5 margin (accounts for Soundwave's post in-thread changing his vote). Note that the exact cost is yet to be determined as Proposition 2 did not have a majority of votes come up for a single option so we are in a run-off. Vote here, please: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=2732 (voting closes at 5 pm on Monday 5/23).

2. The trade deadline (Sim 8) will be moving from 5 pm to 8 pm. This passed by a narrow margin (12-10).

3. The draft "dead period" will now start at 10 pm instead of midnight (passed 17-3). However, the draft itself will continue to fall based on when the playoffs end instead of starting by Saturday by mandate (14-8 against moving to Saturday).

UPDATE: Proposition 6 (cost of TC insurance) ended up in a 10-6 vote in favor of 10 points per player per season being the cost. This will be implemented starting with the upcoming TC.
