The tl;dr version is, anyone can participate. You can pick as many as 5 weeks, but must participate at least 3 times to get participation points and to partake in the final sim championship to be eligible for individual point awards.
You have $1000 this week - use it wisely.

2/15:
Both Away Teams win - 1/1
Both Home Teams win - 2/1
One of each - 1/1
2/16 - Nets @ Bucks (-7)
2/17 - Kings (-6) @ Jazz
2/18 - Lakers @ Grizz - Pick'em
2/21 - Sonics @ T-Wolves
2/24 - Hornets (-11) @ Pacers
