Draft Time: Same or 2hrs for everyone?

There was a suggestion thread with a poll suggestion in there that never had a poll set up. Please review the thread for more info.
Options:
Keeping draft time limits same
OR
2hr time limit for each pick, regardless of being lotto or not
Poll up through End of Season.

No reason at all why 4 hours is needed for these picks, because it's really trade negotiations that make teams use up the full 4 hours.
