#SLOE: People's Basketball Sim League

Reminder: Last year I mentioned of the Bucks' presser:

"The Bucks BARELY met the minimum threshold for an initial press conference. I'm awarding the points this year with a warning that a similarly minimal effort next season will not be rewarded."

That said, the following teams may collect the full 5 points:

Bullets (@Mike Lowry ) - Excellent initial post.
Celtics (@AngryBanana ) - Doing the "Capitalize Every Word" think in your presser hurt my eyes. If this happens next year, there will be no credit given.
Jazz (@Xist2Inspire ) - Initial press conference post was what I would describe as "barely adequate" to get full points, but it did just squeak over the line. Needs to be better next year.
Lakers (@LazyTitanSmash )
Nets (@RPF )
Warriors (@greepleairport )
Spurs (@Eazy P ) - Excellent initial press conference post. We should really aspire to this level as our minimum.

These teams may collect 3 points for getting 2 of 3 in "Well Thought Out Presser", "Asking Questions in At Least Three Other Press Conferences" and "Answering All Questions Put to You"):

76ers (@digiskunk ) - The one unanswered question in his presser came after the deadline to ask questions, so I counted him as answering all questions. Did not ask questions in others' pressers.
Knicks (@NY_Magic_Garrett ) - Did not ask questions in other pressers.
Pistons (@tbone963 ) - Minimal effort displayed in initial presser so no credit given. Did ask at least 3 questions and did answer all questions asked of them.

These teams did not participate and receive 0 points:
Bucks (@IamQuailman ) - Did not post presser before Sim 2 deadline, so gets no credit for presser nor unanswered questions. Only asked two non-incendiary questions (I did not count the question about "how did you trade RFAs before it was legal" as a useful/valid question) so did not reach the threshold of 3 to collect 1 point.

In general (and I include myself in this) a very disappointing showing from the league this year. Let's hope it's due to timing around the Thanksgiving holiday and everyone puts in more effort next season.

FYI - Forum Clock & Post Clock are NOT synced. My presser was in 42 minutes before the deadline

Pre-Season Pressers can start anytime during FA until the due date and time of the second sim of the regular season.

Timestamps shown here are all in Pacific time (my time zone).

Following replay review, Doug's Presser was in fact submitted prior to the deadline.

- Presser submitted
- If you want credit for asking questions (i.e., you want the troll question "How did you trade an RFA early" to count), credit is denied for responding to questions as zero questions were answered
- If you want credit for responding to all questions (0 resposnes to 0 questions), credit is denied for asking questions as troll questions are unhelpful.

Be grateful it's not 1 point for 1 of 3.
