Antoine Carr is available, I don't really have much use for him. Not quite performing at the level he's capable of, but 18ppg on star-level efficiency (21.5 PER) is nothing to sneeze at, especially if you're a fringe team looking to move up.
Anthony Bowie's just a G/B wing who would probably be better elsewhere. He's got an excellent jumper and can defend, he just hasn't shown it here.
Moses Malone can also be moved. Probably not the best option for a starter these days, but can be a damn good backup if you need depth.
