- Players cannot be trained into purple status, and any Purple Potential players can not be trained. If you think your player may be close to purple, feel free to ask for his player card so you can have an idea of how much you can train.
- Athletic training can now be done during the off-season training AND during the all star break.
- You may now train current ratings over 80 and up to the potentials into the same potential band.

Uh, there are two problems here.

Training Rules wrote: SECTION III: "ATHLETIC" RATINGS WITH NO POTENTIAL (QKN, STR, JMP, STA)

1. A player's rating in a single rating with no potential may be increased as long as it is under 81, but each rating may be increased by no more than 5 points per season (again, this limit of 5 points is cumulative across both the Preseason and All Star Break Training periods).

0-20 = 1.6 points
21-40 = 2.2 points
41-60 = 2.6 points
61-80 = 3.0 points

2. Even if the increase by 10 were legal, the cost is wrong.

56 > 57 +2.6 points (cum. 5.2)
57 > 58 +2.6 points (cum. 7.8)
58 > 59 +2.6 points (cum. 10.4)
59 > 60 +2.6 points (cum. 13)
60 > 61 +2.6 points (cum. 15.6)
61 > 62 +3 points (cum. 18.6)
62 > 63 +3 points (cum. 21.6)
63 > 64 +3 points (cum. 24.6)
64 > 65 +3 points (cum. 27.6)

Is the actual ask here to increase Jump from 55 > 60?

My apologies, I incorrectly wrote 65 when I meant to put 60. The math is still correct in that the five point jump from 55 > 60 is 13 points which I initially took into account.

Corrected here to reflect the right allocation of points and payment:

John Paxson 3PS can't be trained to 70. His potential is already 64. Same with Sidney Moncrief, his potential 3PS is at 41
