It is always a treat to learn from the best and the Orlando Magic just received a crash course into Sim strategy from the best GM to ever play the game. And it was for free. This is the blueprint for any team looking to reset and I hope the Magic follow this strategy because it will accelerate their contention window.

Josh aka Garbageman puts a ton of effort and time into these. It involves excel formulas, macros of some kind I believe? Either way, I don't know if you guys truly understand the effort this guy puts into these. If this season becomes his last season, then we will never see the training camp results like this again. Vote for the TC results and show this guy some appreciation to stick around.
