Welcome back to another season of Grizzlies basketball.

Fresh out of tax jail, the Memphis Grizzlies are back. We are excited to get full control of the team again and are looking forward to raising another championship banner soon in the FedEx Forum. We know the past few seasons have been tough, but we want to thank our fans for sticking through the tough times. Better days are ahead.

Last season, we saw the emergence of Tennessee Rainwater as our new star player as he went on to earn Rookie of the Year honors. This season, we added another talented rookie in Desmond Bane who will immediately slide into the starting lineup at SG this season. We are not expecting to make much noise this season in the win column, but teams better get us now because Memphis is coming soon. Mark my words.

Given that you will be looking to enjoy your season of.....tanking for a top pick. Is it possible that any of your role players are available for trades?

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: Does your plan to raise another championship banner soon in the FedEx Forum have any goal to do so without going into tax jail, or is that something that's still on the table strategically?

Nick Melon; Orlando Sentinel: Now that you’re out of tax jail, do you see any issues with Markus Ridenhour collecting on one of the richest contracts in the entire league this season ahead or, because you’re below the tax line, that it doesn’t phase what you intend to accomplish either way?

Justin Bieber, Teremana.com: We can agree the Grizz are better from last season. How many wins this year would you consider a successful season?

winning a championship without entering tax jail is still on my bucket list but there is a reason I'm trading for shit contracts like Mike McCormick and Andrew Ornelas without charging too much.
