The link works on the Taptalk only. He can't sign in on the computer, because when he requests a new password nothing gets sent to his email. He can only use his Taptalk to communicate in the forum. He might need to start a new account. I tried to help him sign in on the computer yesterday.

I don't know how to fix the board email, but I can set a password, give that to cashcab, and he can change the password once he's into his account if that works. Do you want me to do that?
