Rules: 1 point if you give thoughtful(and I stress THOUGHTFUL) answers which I will award after the timer ends for responses. The timer ends for responses at the moment the corresponding week's Sim is run.

Deadline Wednesday 5pm, Sim #8.

Question:
Since this will be due by Wednesday and you'll have ASG results...What player being SNUBBED and NOT making the ALL-STAR TEAM was MOST egregious and WHY?

I think Darius Garland should have absolutely been an all-star. He went into the all star break averaging 19 and 11 assists. He was beat out for what reason? All because of a broken finger injury? Who cares. Play the guy, at least let him earn the suns points for the all star appearance like in the real NBA. We want that credit dammit. Writing the league office.

Usually, I'll look to other teams here, but Mac McClung probably deserved an all star nod. He's more of a facilitator than Johnny Davis and more efficient than Banchero and Ridenhour. Not to take anything away from those players, but McClung's putting up 20/8.5/6.5 numbers and the game's got Vaughn Millsap starting at C. It's a real shame that he's not getting disgruntled and demanding a trade. They could've at least put McClung in the all star game.

Dejaun Baker. He has his team in first place and he scoring assisting and defending. He argueable better than Larry Williams and he is also probable better than Quincy Johnson. He should have been given the benefit of the doubt, because he's and he's been there before.

It's clear that Mikal Bridges should've made the squad. An elite offensive talent & defensive stalwart, he should've been atop of ballots for guards & wings both. But playing in Orlando, a perceived small market, hurt his chances, as well as Jeff Van Gundy taking all the shots. Perhaps next season he will see a bounce back.

I think it's pretty clear that my ex-husband and last year's ASG MVP Fabian Hub should have been in the game. The numbers for Alleman and Mahmoud skew higher than Hub's this season, and it looks like his position shift to PF left him in a crowded field with Wemby, Smith and Brandon Ingram.

Honestly the simputer did a decent job selecting talent this year. Other notable omissions: Ned Lomax, Justin Amos... but their numbers are just lower than their counterparts.

As President of the Jonathan Isaac fan club, I'd love to say he got snubbed but PF is such a loaded position it's hard to say the others were not deserving so I'll slide over to C and give Chief Kickingstallionsims his flowers. Vaughn Millsap deserves a nod but it is kind of a joke he is slotted at C. Chief K has been the backbone of a resurgent Cavaliers defense so he should have been at the All-Star game along with Ware

Jonathan Isaac. Isaac average almost 24 pts per game and plays only 27 minutes. There is no question the Cavs are not loaded with purple players. Isaac does it all with less support. Cavs are a young team. Isaac has shown he can take the entire team on his shoulder. Shame he wasn't selected.
