Good afternoon, everyone. I'm here today to discuss the recent trade that sent Jose Alvarado to the San Antonio Spurs in exchange for small forwards Fly Williams and Bones Hyland, the second overall pick in the past draft.

This was a difficult decision for our organization, but it was one that we believe is in the best long-term interests of the team. Jose is a great player and a great person, and we wish him all the best in San Antonio.

However, we are excited about the opportunity to add Fly Williams and Bones Hyland to our roster. Both players are young and talented, and they bring a different skillset to the table than what we had before.

Bones is a dynamic scorer who can create his own shot and get to the basket. Fly is an athletic freaks who can space the floor and knock down open shots. We believe that both players can make a significant impact on our team next season and beyond.

Finally, I want to address the rumors that we are trading Ron Harper Jr to the Phoenix Suns. These rumors are false. Ron is a key part of our team, and we have no plans to trade him there ever.

We are confident that we have made a trade that will make us a better team in the long run. We are excited about the future of the Nets franchise, and we look forward to competing for a championship soon.

Now, I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: If you keep Ron Harper Jr. on your roster, do you think that the absence of a facilitator like Jose Alvarado will hurt his stats, or do you think with nobody else taking shots, he'll lead the league in scoring? What are your predictions for his final stat line this season?

We have every intention to keep Ron Harper Jr with us for the foreseeable future. The most overlooked aspect of Ron is his leadership. After losing such a great point guard like Jose, they will definately be an adjustment period but we have faith in our coaching staff to come up with schemes to put our players in the best possible position to succeed.

Do you feel the national media was trying force Harper to the Suns knowing the whole time he was staying in Brooklyn?

Desert here,

I see you said Ron Harper isn't being traded and just one question on that.

But why?

We don't listen to outside noise in Brooklyn, it's usually just Biggie baby.

Good question, we listen to all offers and grade them accordingly. That said it would have to be a very nice offer before we let him go.
