A)
The Hawks were thrilled to get their GM back this season who led them to the playoffs with Phil Smith at the helm. Though it was a shame it took him so long to figure out the winning lineup, but we made it to the playoffs with the hope of making it to the second round. Taking a 2-0 lead against the Rockets on the road, what a promising start. A hard-fought series that went the distance but ended with a loss. Even though we lost, lessons were learned, and experience gained we are looking to get deep into the playoffs this year, but looks like so many other talented teams are looking to do the same. Good luck and I'll see you on the court!

This year, you better bring your nikes bro. We are looking to run our opponents into the ground as well as control the board with the big 3, if you don't know now you know. Not only is our starting five looking great but our bench is looking pretty good. The talent received in the trade with the Laker's will help push this team to excel, looks like Mamba was able to clear some cap space and bring big talent to his team with that trade along with some points and a decent rookie. I think he'll be the one to beat this year.

Desert here,

You mention the Lakers being the team to beat. However you're in the toughest division in the association. One would ask and wonder, are you looking too far ahead? Do you think your team has what it takes to take on the teams in your division like the spurs, rockets, and pels before looking to a date with the Lakers?

Sham Smith, Bulls.com: With Justin Amos only under contract through the end of next season and your projected tax bill being 168 million over the cap to begin the season, poor budgeting could put you at risk of losing Amos during his prime. What is your ideal end of year total salary, and what players are being paid too much to for sure end the season as Hawks?

You are in the bloodbath Pedraza division, who do you see as your biggest threat keeping you from winning the division?

Yes I have a very tough division and I may not make it to the playoffs but I hope to be more involved and make changes as needed. Aslo hoping to pickup a B/B by trading SB and Zepeda but we'll see.

Very good question, at a glance spurs and pel but the other teams can't be underestimated. I'll have to take a closer look.

This is a complicated question, but I'll be looking to downsize and trade for points and do everything I can to get points. DJ paid too much for now thanks to birdman but he's worth it in the future.

You're swimming with sharks now at the helm of a top-5 team in the league. Do YOU think you're spending too much money on this team? Do you have a plan to get out of the before end of next year and maintain an ability to pay it off so that you CAN re-sign Amos?

Can you describe your thought process behind the Josiah Blair contract? Some pundits think it is a classic overpay but do you think it is fair value or just another moveable asset?

Buster Cherry, Animal Planet: Last season, Sanford Benfield proved to the world that a man could overcome rabies if he focused hard enough on basketball. However, that is hard to do without playing time. With this upcoming season being the last on his contract, do you plan on giving him more minutes to better evaluate his overall value?
