Nominate who you think was the most valuable player this year. Any player that was active this season is available for the award. If this goes well, we will incorporate more going forward.

Anybody who submits a nomination can claim 1 point (excluding self-nominations)

Max is 1 point, even if you submit nominations in other categories

Winning nomination gets an additional point like last season

Submit your nominations by Friday, September 8 @ 8:00pm CST

*remember to link your nomination's player page.

Safi! He's had a dominating season on both the offensive side of the ball and defensive side, at a completely new position. Roberto put him in this position to try out, and ends up being one of his best seasons yet!

Herbert Jones with the Pacers. They’ve been a force all season and are a legitimate threat to get to the Finals this season because of him. He’s a dominant player and deserves a nomination for this category.

Look, I'll never remember how to link player pages So, someone feel free to swoop in and steal this nomination if you want, but:

Victor Wenbanyama.

He's a top 3 player in the league who scores, rebounds, blocks shots and dominates (everyone except Safi). While I feel the cpu picked the right MVP, Wemby is one of a select few guys I'd have understood if they had won instead.

On a stacked team, it's hard to put up video game stats, but there's one guy out there that I think deserves this award...Ned Lomax

If the Suns never traded for Blakeney, Lomax's numbers might be even more ridiculous, but as it stands, they're ridiculous enough as it is. He was 6th in the league in scoring with 25.2 PPG (better than Wemby and Herb), 1st in rebounds with a whopping 12 per contest (better than EVERYONE), and 4th in the league in blocks with 3.5 blocks per game (only .1 block per game behind Wemby). Aside from that, he also racked up steals at the PF spot (1.2) and played tremendous defense without getting into foul trouble much.
