C: Alfredo Menendez (G)
- A surprise all-star, but looking at him closer, it isn't too surprising now. He is big, can score inside, rebounds and blocks a lot of shots.

PF: Safi Fino-A-Laself (P)
- He's my boy but also for good reason. He's the ultimate jack of all trades and is having a rare kind of season. Fun to see happen.

SF: Rodger Holifield (G)
- A young green that isn't likely staring at super stardom but I'm a fan regardless and wish I could've gotten my hands on him to toy with. 6'10 with a decent jumper and 3 ball and solid athleticism.

SG: Jewell Ashcraft (Y)
- My sneaky favorite Lakers story this season. I rarely play true rookies and definitely not Y/Y ones, but he's having a really nice season with shooting splits of 46-98-45.

PG: Darius Garland (B)
- Rotting away in Portland, but a true difference maker and superstar who would command the hell out of a real offense.

"this is too hard mamba"

C (G) Dr James Andrews - newly green, this man still slaps. Still good for about 20ppg, almost 9 rebounds, and an estimated 6.5 wins added to a team with only 20 wins. Still paid handsomely for a green old man, too.

PF (B) Fabian Hub - He's just an athletic freak and able to play just about any position. Slides in well at PF, overpowering just about any other PF with his speed and defending any other PF well, too. Even ones with decent perimeter offense.

SF (P) Safi - tough choice over Herb, but he looks like a nearly unstoppable force at PF this year. Finally putting up the numbers we all expected from him. We'd keep him at PF, but for defensive reasons we'll slide him over to SF.

SG (Y) Arthur Scruggs - role-playing D monster. We've got PSD covered in the front court, and Scruggs and Safi can cover the wings on the outside.

PG (G) Geronimo Rubio De La Rosa (if that's the name?), this fella improves offense. He can facilitate it for my Hubby and the good Dr. inside and kick it out to Safi on the perimeter (or interior). Just getting the PG job done.

Question: One purple potential, One blue potential, Two green potentials, one yellow potenial: Build your perfect sim lineup and why you chose them.

C: Yellow: Antonio Moreno - Hard to find many yellows, but just need defense and a little rebounding and Moreno can do that. Guard the paint and gtfo of the way.
PF: Blue : Ned Lomax - Dominating on the boards and in the paint. Can score from anywhere including 3. One of the most all around players in the league.
SF: Purple :Antonio Blakeney - He clearly wanted to be in New Orleans. He is dominating in every way, POTG almost every game last sim.
SG: Green: Richie Cuevas - True scorer. That all he does and even though he's getting up in age he can still put up 30 on any given night depending on the matchup.
PG: Green: Geronimo - Need a great ball handler and distributor for this team. Top 10 in assist and low TO shows me he can do that. Best Green PG in the league.

I chose this team because it is 3/5 of the team that's going to win the ship this year.

GREEN: Brian Loos (C) - one of my favorite players in the game. He is a combination of good size, athleticism, and defensive versatility that makes coming up with creative schemes that much easier to do.

BLUE: Kevon Looney (PF) - the Raptors continue to prove last season's success was no fluke, thanks in large part to Looney's continued improvement on offense. He is having a career year in Toronto and offers a good mix of solid offensive production with elite defensive playmaker ability.

GREEN: Cam Whitmore (SF) - the former 6th man extraordinaire is thriving in a starter's role in Denver. He possesses good size and can score in bunches.

PURPLE: Lenz Durrenberger (SG) - an incredible 2-way talent that is back from an injury scare and playing with a resurgence. He is wasting away in Minnesota but at least he got paid this past offseason.

YELLOW: Luguentz Dort (PG) - not really sure how Dort is still capable of putting up 20 on a good night at the tender age of 39 but here we are. Here's to hoping Dort can continue to play well into his 40s. As long as his athleticism holds off Father Time just a bit longer the offensive game is still there.

Question: One purple potential, One blue potential, Two green potentials, one yellow potenial: Build your perfect sim lineup and why you chose them.

Blue Potential

Phil Smith - He is a 6-10 big that can do everything but block shots and shoot 3 pointers.

Purple Potential

Pee Wee Kirkland - yeah the obvious answer would be BI too but I could only choose 1 and Pee Wee's upside is may surpass BI's once he reaches his full potential

Green Potentials (2)

1. Darrin Alston
2. The Dr.

Both guys are productive for their team even thought they are sporting that green potential.

Yellow potential

Austin Reaves - For now I am going with him cause I don't know too many guys or yellow player on other teams. I am basing this off of the one sim he had with my team also lol.

(C - Green 1 of 2): Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk. For some players, I think getting the best at something helps. So When you can get a top 3 blocker at a green level, I will take it. He also averages under 4 fouls a game, so he can stay on the court. Averaging almost 7 rebs a game to go with 14 points is nothing but positives as well.

(PF - Blue 1 of 1): Ned Lomax. I think my vote for MVP. He is doing so much well both offensively and defensively. He is producing as a top tier player. The only gripe I had is that he got to the line more with the way fouling is currently a thing with bigs. He has previously shot as much as 5 FTs a game, so he can draw fouls and may just not get as many due to the talent around him.

(SF Green 2 of 2): Terrance Lewis-Weeks: Another specialist. He is a top 3 3ps shooter this season by percentages go. He does have a hefty $40mm payment, but I think it is worth it. He will be able to shoot from the 3ps while others are gathering attention down low. He also is not a net negative on defense, so I think he will be fine next to the defensive stalwarts around him.

(SG - Purple 1 of 1): Antonio Blakeney: My guy. AB was the one to bring my team to the promise land all those years ago now. I was tempted to pick Herb, but my heart took me to AB. AB has been unstoppable since leaving the hot hell hole that is Pheonix, playing next to more complementary players like Zike and Lomax. He is an all around player, that really his only flaw is turnovers. I would play this guy at PG in playoff situations though, so not that big of a concern.

(PG - Yellow 1 of 1): Jewell Ashcraft. This is Roberto's guy. He is ROC (Rookie of the Century) and I kinda get the hype. Not really... He is a decent role player though who will not foul much and can shoot efficiently, while also being able to pass the ball. I chose him over other PGs like Celestine, because they take too many shots, and at an inefficient clip. Once again, a guy that has a role, and can do it well.

C: Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk - He's been a rock for me at the center spot, even when recommended doesn't give him ANY minutes. He is tied for the league lead in blocks right now, scores efficiently, and has good jump shooting and steals. If it wasn't for Wemby, he'd be DPOY.
PF: Ned Lomax - No shots are getting past this front court, and with Svi's weakness being rebounding, I need a guy who can get both offensive and defensive boards. Lomax has double hundreds, and his scoring and rebounding numbers this season are MVP level.
SF: Terrance Lewis-Weeks - He can hit threes and play a little bit of D, and I can swap him with Xue Huo position-wise for matchups. Really, I don't think there's too much variance in the green guys. Svi's the only one so high up categorically in any of the 5 main stats. Just going for a 3&D guy here seems like the right choice.
SG: Xue Huo - With my PG selection being yellow, I need a backcourt guy who can defend. It's nuts to me that the Timberwolves are 26-26 with this guy on the team. Maybe with a yellow PG, my backcourt's going to be a little slow, but I'm going for a defense and three point focused backcourt.
PG: He Hor - He still has a lot of different skills, and even though he's playing limited minutes, and he's pretty slow, he's putting up great efficiency numbers. He can shoot the three, pass, grab steals, and play solid PG. All he really would need to do is facilitate.

Purple
Xue Ho (SF) - my favorite player in sim league. He is the ultimate 2 way threat who can take over any game at a moment's whim.

Blue
Jordan Poole (PG) - my favorite Raptor. He facilitates the offense and is not a selfish player. He will always put his teammates in a position to succeed and team-first players are key.

Green #1
Darrin Alston (SG) - quite the offensive dynamo this season. He is able to score a ton of points efficiently which is always a plus.

Green #2
Jeffrey Caballero (PF) - my frontcourt is going to feature defense and Caballero loves to play defense. He is a great shot blocker and effective rebounder.

Yellow
Les Kim (C) - Kim is the GOAT defender (at least in my time in the league). He is a great shot blocker and still can score pretty well.

Question: One purple potential, One blue potential, Two green potentials, one yellow potenial: Build your perfect sim lineup and why you chose them.

C. Schiff- bro is still the best Center in the league. He would matchup against any of the other big men plus he's a rebound machine and still a huge shot blocker.
PF. Tony Parris. Since my backcourt is a liability I might as well add another big man to the squad. We will need his shot blocking after C?lestin let's his man drive by him.
SF.Ron harper- he would stretch the floor but he's also able to get his own bucket from anywhere. Defensively he's giving up 30 but at least he drop 30 right back.
SG. Herb Jones - I just think it would be fun AF to have a guy that can do everything on offense. I would play him at the 2 and he would light it up.
PG. C?lestin Decognitties- and he will always be my answer for anything yellow players related. 9 assists and if gates didn't come along to demand my points, he would have had his offense trained up a little more. Bro still gotta stop shooting. The only yellow PG in the league doing what he's doing.

Blue: Chief K (C) - one of my favorite players in the game. Yes he's hurt, but when he's healthy, Chief K is a dominant force. Averaging 10 rebs per game.

Green: Jonathan Isaac (PF) - He's a freaking stud. Only needs 2 quarters to average 18 pts. Remember this name.

Blue: Phil Smith (SF) - He possesses good size and can scores a lot. He's also good in rebounds!

Purple: Lenz Durrenberger (SG) - Stud. Can't be stopped.

Yellow: Ernesto Cruz (PG) - The potential is there. He's almost a green player and only 21 yrs old. He will only get better time.

Svi - block monster

Lomax legit MVP and best player in the game. Like this is the best blue potential out there and it’s not close

Ingram - love ingrams build in this league. He’s got elite talent on both sides and can be a great dominant scoring option next to Lomax.

Gibson - Gibby from the Pistons. He’s just a reliable wing that does everything you need out of a guy who plays next to Ingram.

Dort - historically great PH. Slow AF but he has the skills to still be usable at PG
